Hi, I’m Catherine, an integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor, I believe that therapy is a powerful and supportive way to find your own solutions. Outside of work, I like travelling, and spending time with family and friends. I became a counsellor after having counselling myself, although sometimes painful it transformed the way I think about myself.

My goal is to support you on your journey, helping you navigate life’s ups and downs with understanding and care. I am educated to degree level and hold a BA Hon's in Counselling Solutions and a Diploma in the Practice of Supervision.
I have been a counsellor for 5 years working for a children and young persons charity supporting both young people and adults I have been a Clinical Supervisor for 2 years. I regularly access further training to inform and develop my knowledge and practice.
